Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
